Motzkin Says No Negotiations with Arabs Until Mandate Recognized

A statement from Leo Motzkin, chairman of the Actions Committee of the Zionist Organization, denying the allegations of the Arab Executive that the Zionist Executive had proposed negotiations is published in the London papers. Mr. Motzkin’s statement says that the Jewish Agency had decided to make no efforts to negotiate until the Arabs recognize the Palestine Mandate and the Balfour Declaration.
