Proclaim Arab Mourning for Those Under Death Sentences

General mourning has been proclaimed by the Arab Executive on the Feast of Aladha, May 9, in connection with the death sentences on and arrests of participants in the August riots. The Arab paper, “Falastin,” advises the Arab Executive to urge all Arab Moslem countries to participate with India in Palestine Day, May 16, to hold prayers in memory of the Arabs killed in August, and also to observe Palestine Day until Palestine becomes independent.
