Arab Delegation Leaving, Says Great Britain Broke Promises

A statement recapitulating the points it had made in the past was issued today by the Arab delegation prior to its departure for home. The statement pointed out that in the opinion of the delegation the British government had failed to keep its promises to the Arabs

Explaining that the present Palestine administration cannot be considered the Palestine government as envisaged in article 22 of the League of Nations Covenant, the delegation appealed to the British public “to see that justice and equity may be applied in the case of the Arabs as the only way for peace to prevail in the Holy Land”.
