Success practically has crowned the efforts of the San Francisco Jewish community to raise $650,000 for the proposed Jewish Community Center.
When the actual drive closed last week, only a small amount still was required to make up the full amount. In fact the balance needed was so small that it was not deemed necessary to prolong the campaign and those at its head undertook to secure the amount still wanting.
