The Wailing Wall Commission will arrive here on Wednesday. It is not known yet whether its proceedings will be public like those of the Palestine Inquiry Commission. The Jewish side will be represented in all likelihood by Dr. Judah L. Magnes, Chancellor of the Hebrew University; David Yellin president of the Hebrew Teachers’ Seminary, and Dr. Elias, well known lawyer.
Dr. Cyrus Adler, president of the Jewish Theological Seminary of New York and of Dropsie College in Philadelphia, has forwarded a documented brief which outlines the Jewish rights with regard to the Wailing Wall. Dr. Adler, who was originally chosen to represent the Jewish Agency for Palestine before the Wailing Wall Commission, is unable to attend in person, the Jewish Telegraphic Agency learns.
