Two of the oldest Jewish residents of Chicago, Mrs. Bella Cohen, 90, and Louis Ginsberg, 93, died today. Mrs. Cohen, who was the mother of Barney Cohen, state director of labor, came here in 1870. Mr. Ginsberg, a retired manufacturer, had lived in Chicago since 1865.
