Moses Novomejsky, co-owner with Major Tulloch of the concession for the development of the Dead Sea, today informed the Jewish Telegraphic Agency that the report in the Arab newspaper, “Falastin,” that he and his partner had organized a Dead Sea Shipping and Hotels Company was not true. The “Falastin” had said that the company was capitalized at $150,000 and one-third of the shares had been offered to the Arabs in order to gain their support for the venture.
