Sees New World War if Hitler Wins in Germany’s Election

A new world war will be the result of a victory by the anti-Semitic National Socialists (Fascists) led by Adolph Hitler in the forthcoming German elections, the Frankfurter Zeitung, one of the most important papers in Germany, warns today. Disclosing that Hitler’s proposed foreign policy consists first of the immediate breaking up of the Young Plan and then a sudden union of Germany, England and Italy against France and Russia, the Frankfurter Zeitung sharply attacks him for this dangerous scheme.

The paper points out that “Hitler knows that England would not enter such an alliance with Germany but it would be explained as due to ‘Britain’s being chained by international Jewry.’ Hitler, however, hopes that Great Britain may succeed in breaking ‘the Jewish chains’ and thus making possible a German-British-Italian alliance.”
