Thirty legal projects, including many recommending decreases in taxation, were submitted today by the ministry of finance to the Polish cabinet. The projects, which may mean tremendous economic relief for the Jewish population which suffers most from the burden of taxation, will be compiled and issued in the form of a decree signed by the president, who, according to the constitution, is empowered to issue such decrees. The projects contain a number of recommendations which have been repeatedly demanded in memorandums of the Jewish leaders to the Polish government.
