Zionist leaders are seriously perturbed over the unexpected blow dealt to the cause of Palestine by the government’s statement on policy and the accompanying Simpson report. Meetings of the various Zionist groups have been arranged and while the leaders are in communication with the Zionist Executive in London they may decide to take independent action.
