It is learned here that the Arab Executive’s communique regarding the White Paper, which was presented to High Commissioner Chancellor today for transmission to the Colonial Office, was prompted by the advice of Jamal Husseini, Arab Executive representative in London, and other friends of the Arabs in London. The communique follows close upon the publication of Premier MacDonald’s invitation to the leaders of the Jewish Agency to confer with the MacDonald government on the British policy in Palestine as outlined in the recently published White Paper.
