The Jewish charity federation’s drive gained $121,000 in contributions at two dinners held Sunday night. At the Biltmore the radio and music trades division of the Federation for the Support of Jewish Philanthropic Societies held a dinner at which a total of $41,000 in contributions was reported; and at the Concourse Plaza Hotel in the Bronx a gathering of 1,000 members of Federation’s Bronx Division brought contributions amounting to more than $80,000.
