Jew Shot Dead in Bucharest Streets: Chance Victim of Railway Workers Demonstration

A Jewish tailor named Schwartz has been killed in a demonstration of railway workers in the streets of Bucharest, which developed into serious rioting. Several participants were killed and injured. Schwartz happened to be in the fighting area by chance and was not concerned in any way with the manifestations. An official statement says that the shots were fired by the demonstrators.
