Britain Does Not Intend to Fulfil Mandatory Obligations to Jewish People Mr. Louis Lipsky Says Urgin

The negotiations between the Jewish Agency and the British Government should be discontinued, because Britain has deceived the Jews, Mr. Louis Lipsky, former President of the American Zionist Organisation, urges in an article appearing here in the organ of the Lipsky group.

It is clear, he claims, that Britain does not intend to fulfil her obligations under the Mandate towards the Jewish people. There is not a single act of importance for the past two years to show that Britain is prepared to administer Palestine affairs in accordance with even the attenuated doctrine laid down in the Churchill White Paper of 1922.
