The Labour List is leading in the elections for delegates from Germany to the Zionist Congress, which took place to-day, about 50 per cent. of the shekel-holders entitled to vote going to the poll. It appears that of the delegates Germany is entitled to return, three will be Labour, three General Zionists, one Revisionist, and one Mizrachi, while it is not clear yet to whom the ninth place will go.
