A. Z. A. Convention Opens Sunday in Milwaukee

An estimated attendance of 500 boys from all parts of the United States and Canada is expected at Hotel Pfister when the opening session of the eighth international Junior B’nai Brith (Aleph Zadik Aleph) convention is called to order by Grand Aleph Godol Aaron Tollin of Chester, Pa., Sunday morning.

Sunday’s program includes the president’s message, addresses by Judge Charles Aaron. past president of District Grand Lodge No. 6 of B’nai Brith; director of the Jewish People’s Institute of Chicago and Richard Gutstadt, director of B’nai Brith membership. Monday morning will be devoted to business sessions and the rest of the day to entertainment. Sam Beber of Omaha, founder of Aleph Zadik Aleph, will speak at the closing banquet Tuesday evening.
