Pittsburgh to Dedicate New $350,000 Synagogue Sunday

An entire week of celebration, which will include an open house, a banquet and a memorial day, will mark the dedication of Pittsburgh’s newest synagogue, Beth Shalom, considered the leading Orthodox congregation of the city. Formal dedication exercises will be held Sunday afternoon when the new $350,000 edifice of the congregation will be opened. Rabbi Goodman A. Rose is spiritual head of the congregation.
