The failure of the Polish government to relieve the intolerable Jewish situation in the country is strongly deplored in a resolution adopted by the American Jewish Congress, which is now in session in Philadelphia.
The resolution goes on to call upon the Polish Government to fulfil its obligation under the International Treaties and to abolish the economic discrimination against the Jewish population of the country and to do away with the excessive taxation of the Jewish population and the prohibitive industrial laws which affect them adversely.
