United States Congress Asked by Immigration Commissioner to Take Action to Prevent Collusive Marriag

The United States Congress was requested to-day by Mr. Hull, the Commissioner General of Immigration, to declare as a felony the collusive marriage of aliens to American citizens for the purpose of enabling the aliens to enter the United States. Under his proposal aliens who are parties to such marriages will be deported from the country.
