Download PDF for this date

The Nebi Musa festival has gone off quietly this year. The Moslem pilgrims from Nablus arrived in Jerusalem to-day and marched in procession to the Mosque of Omar. The Hebronites will arrive on Sunday.

As a precautionary measure in connection with the Nebi Musa festival, 41 Communists, Jews and Arabs, have been arrested in Jerusalem, and 15 Communists have been arrested at Haifa. 11 Communists have been arrested at Tel Aviv on a charge of disseminating Communist literature.
