The state government yesterday announced a reward for the apprehension of those responsible for the bombing of the synagogue in Kiel early yesterday morning.

It has been established that two youths were responsible for the bombing which caused considerable property damage bu their identity has not been discovered.

Rabbi Posner, spiritual leader of the bombed synagogue, verified to the Jewish Telegraphic Agency that no casualties were suffered although the damage is substantial. The police acted promptly, Rabbi Posner said.

The Jewish community of Kiel was considerably aroused by the occurrence.
