Jew Fined for Defense Against Nazis

A Jewish merchant, Ger, residing in Schweidnitz, Silesia, who was seriously injured by the Nazis, was fined by the court today because he brought a knuckle duster into self defense.

The Nazi terrorists were acquitted. Ger had been repeatedly threatened by the Nazis, who finally carried out their threats with the result that Ger sustained a serious kidney injury.

The windows of a Jewish firm, named Bloch, in Saalfeld, East Prussia, were smashed today by unknown vandals.
