Challenging the decision of the Labor court today which ordered the reinstatement of the Jewish manager of the broadcasting department of the government radio station, Dr. Kirschner, the secretary of State, Dr. Scholtz, who is the head of the station today dismissed Alfred Kerr, popular Jewish broadcaster.
Kerr is a well known critic who commented daily on current events.
