Immediate and far-reaching changes in the nationality law, which would favorably affect the status of thousands of Jewish “Staatenlose” in Bessarabia were demanded in a petition submitted yesterday to the vice president of Parliament by Deputy Michael Landau.
The petition carries the signatures of fifty members of Parliament. It is understood that it will receive favorable consideration.
