The resignation of Supreme Court Justice Bernard L. Shientag as president of the Ninety-second Street Young Men’s Hebrew Association, and the election of Frank L. Weil, as his successor, is announced by the Board of Directors of the Y.M.H.A. following a special meeting.

Mr. Weil has been connected for a number of years with the Y.M.H.A., which is one of the ninety-one institutions affiliated with the Federation for the Support of Jewish Philanthropic Societies, and at the time of his election to the presidency, was chairman of the Cultural Activities Committee of the Board. He has been a member of this board since 1926. and from 1929 to 1930 was chairman of the Equipment Committee for the construction of the new $2,500,000 building, which was dedicated in October 1930. He was also chairman of the Membership Committee from 1926 until the beginning of this year, and is at present chairman of the Scout Committee.
