An injunction to prevent the Commissioner for Prussia from employing Jews in government posts, was sought from the Prussian Diet today by the Nazi Deputy Freisler.
Deputy Freisler asserted that in the absence of an elected government in Prussia, the Commissioner is not authorized to carry out political acts. The Nazi deputy therefore urged the Diet to recognize that the employment of Jews is a political act and to prohibit the Commissioner from engaging Jews.
The matter developed in connection with the intention of the government to name a Jew, Rosenblum, as president of the Provincial court of Guben.
Freisler asserted that the population of Guben are insulted by the naming of a Jew.
