Dr. Chaim Weizmann, former head of the world Zionist organization arrived in Madrid yesterday.
Dr. Weizmann was received by the Spanish Minister of Education, Fernando de los Rios, with whom he discussed Palestine questions at length.
The Minister of Education is known to be sympathetic toward the Jews.
