The program of a British Fascist Party to be established in England, under the leadership of Sir Oswald Mosley, is outlined in a book, whose publication date is tomorrow, written by Mosley and called “Greater Britain.”

The author openly states in his volume that the movement he plans is to be organized along the lines of the National Socialist Party in Germany and the Fascists in Italy, adapted, of course, to British requirements.

Although most of the anti-Semitic elements in England are centered about Mosley, the program itself makes no mention of the Jewish question, which looms so large on the agenda of the German Nazis.

In some circles the viewpoint is expressed that Mosley has not yet made up his mind about the Jewish question.

Other circles see in the repeated stressing by Mosley of the national character of his movement the likelihood that the party will become a weapon for attack upon the Jews.

The Mosley book strongly attacks the House of Rothschild, but only in connection with high finance, which the author states should promote state interests. Instead, says Mosley, within the nation there is power, largely controlled by alien elements, which abrogates to itself power above that of the State. party in England, today issued a statement concerning the part the Jewish question is to play in his movement.

“Anti-Semitism,” he asserted, “is not an issue of Fascism. We will attack the Jews if they engage in subversive activities such as Communism, or equally if they engage in international financial transactions such as those which recently have shaken this country.

“We will never attack the Jews because they are Jews. Jews who are loyal British citizens who serve this country rather than its enemies, will always have a square deal from us,” he stated.
