The allegation made by the Nazi organ, “Der Angriff,” that Chancellor von Papen has despatched Jacob Goldschmidt, prominent Jewish banker, to Paris to negotiate for a 5,000,000 mark loan, is without foundation, the Jewish Telegraphic Agency learns today.

Mr. Goldschmidt and the cabinet of Chancellor von Papen have been the continuous target of attack by the Nazis on the ground that the former is the principal advisor of the Chancellor.

T. Aaron Levy, professor of the Syracuse University, College of Law, was unanimously re-elected to head the Onondaga Health Association for the coming year at the annual meeting of the organization. Among others chosen was Rabbi Jesse Bienenfeld, of the Temple Adath Yeshurun, who will serve on the Board of Directors.
