Anti-Semitic workers who were charged with persecuting their Jewish fellow workers engaged in construction work in Moscow were indicted and will be brought to trial next week.

The Secretary of the Communist Party of the Workers, Zhelodov, was dismissed and will be brought to trial on charges of failing to protect the Jewish workers. An anti-Semitic worker, Balelin, who was arrested for beating up a Jewish worker, Frenkl, will be placed on trial before the Exemplary report. The others fearing indictment have run away.
