An effort to utilize Professor Einstein’s name for a stock exchange swindle was exposed today when police took proceedings against a banker, M. Ernst.

The accused has declared that Einstein had approved of his, the banker’s, system, of establishing mathematically, the stock exchange flunctuations. He claims that he was thus able to guarantee his customers assured profits. The banker actually succeeded in his scheme and by misusing the name of the world renowned mathematician and scientist, he obtained large sums.
