Nazi Central Organ Fined for Insulting Jew

The central organ of the National Socialist Party was fined 200 schillings, with an alternative of four days imprisonment for its editors, for insulting a Jewish merchant.

The court ruled that while the term “Jew” was not insulting, the intention to create contempt through its use constitutes contempt.
