The launching of a campaign for funds for Hias (Hebrew Immigrant Aid and Sheltering Society), was announced by Rabbi Montague N. A. Cohen.
Abe Spring, veteran communal leader, is the local Hias representative. He will cooperate in the drive here, Rabbi Cohen said.
