Telephonic communication between Palestine and London is to be initiated on Friday with a conversation between the High Commissioner and Sir Philip Cunliffe-Lister, Colonial Minister.
The charge for a three-minute call between London and Jerusalem has been fixed at £4. It will now also be possible to telephone to America through London or Paris.
