It is the intention of the German Government to catch the big Jews now and leave the small Jews free for the time being, according to a statement made by Herman Wilhelm Goering, Premier of Prussia, at a mass meeting at the Sportpalast here.

“We will be generous and remember the days when many of us still thought that respectable Jews also exist,” Goering stated. “We will now catch the big Jews and let the small Jews free for the time being.”

It is noted that although the address was broadcast, none of the German papers quoted this passage from Goering’s speech.
