Siegfried Popper Dies at 85

Siegfried Popper, naval engineer, died here Sunday, after having been hit by a tram. He was eighty-five years of age. He was born in Prague. In 1902 he was appointed Director of Naval Construction for Austria and in 1904 was in charge of dock construction.
