Rev. Moses J. Braude, cantor and assistant rabbi of the new Temple Beth Israel for the past 33 years since his arrival here from Baltimore, has been appointed as the new chaplain of the Onondaga Penitentiary and Onondaga Sanatorium. In taking charge of these two institutions, Rev. Braude succeeds Rabbi Joshua Zambrowsky, who resigned to accept a new appointment in Buffalo.
