Rosenman Named to Bench

For the second time in two years Samuel I. Rosenman, counsel to President Roosevelt during his term as Governor, was named to the New York Supreme Court bench yesterday by Governor Lehman to fill the vacancy caused by the death of Judge Henry L. Sherman. He will return to the Supreme Court bench after an absence of only seven months.
