Saul Haas, prominent Northwest newspaperman, and campaign manager, and secretary to Senator Homer T. Bone, has returned to Seattle from Washington, D. C., to take up his new duties as collector of customs here. He is in charge of over 300 federal employes in the Northwest states of Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Montana.
