Orloff’s Release is Due; to Be Deported to U.S.

Walter Orloff, Brooklyn, N. Y., medical student who has been imprisoned for over a month on charges of alleged Communistic activities in Germany, is to be released this afternoon, George S. Messersmith, American consul general here, was informed by the authorities today. He will be deported immediately in accordance with the agreement made between the authorities and Mr. Messersmith that Orloff would leave the country. The charges against Orloff, under the new Nazi code, are punishable by death.
