According to an order issued today by the Minister of the Interior, Dr. Wilhelm Frick, not only salaried public employees, but also honorary officers of the government, must prove their Aryan descent and that of their wives.
Public employees who wish to marry must, in addition, submit documentary proof that their fiancees are Aryan and of Aryan descent, including both grandparents.
This new decree of the Ministry of the Interior is in line with the “purification” of all the governmental services that has been going on under the racial decree issued by the Nazis. According to the new rulings none but an Aryan may be a government official or hold any post whatsoever in the Nazi regime.
