Hebrew Education Week will begin in this city with a meeting Saturday evening, at the Talmud Torah, sponsored by the Seattle Mizrachi organization and its auxiliary.
One of the highlights of the week will be formation of a Talmud Torah alumni association. First step toward organization of alumni was taken this week when Joseph Cohen, University of Washington instructor, was named chairman of a committee to organize the association. Other committee members are Irving Anches, Sam Blockoff, Dr. H. J. Friedman, Leo Chaikin, Jacob S. Frieman, Julius Fineberg, Louis A. Rottas, P. Allen Rickles, Morris Robbins, and Robert Shapiro.
