A widespread system of espionage and propaganda is being carried on in the United States by the Nazi party. Leaders in the system comprise a number of individuals who are well-known to the public, including Count von Luckner, German “sea devil”, who will direct the dissemination of propaganda.

These charges were made by Bernard S. Deutsch, president of the American Jewish Congress, in an address broadcast Sunday.

According to Mr. Deutsch, the ten Nazi centers in this country are located in New York, Detroit, Chicago, Los Angeles, Cleveland, Denver, San Francisco, Trenton, Milwaukee and Portland.
