Jacob Billikopf Appointed to Board on Labor Disputes

Dr. Jacob Billikopf, executive director of the local Federation of Jewish Charities and president of the National Conference of Social Service, was named by Senator Wagner as an impartial chairman of the Philadelphia Regional Board to handle all labor difficulties under the National Recovery Act. Others on the board include Lessing J. Rosenwald of Sears Roebuck and Joseph Moos, vice-president of Snellburg and Company.
