More than 200 delegates and guests from all sections of the United States will gather here tomorrow evening at the Congregation Poale Tzedeck for the twelfth annual convention of the Mizrachi Hazoir, Orthodox Zionist Youth Organization of America. Rabbi Seymour Zambrowsky, executive director of the Mizrachi Youth, and Leo Feigenbaum, president of the local chapter, are in charge of the arrangements for the convention.
