Rabbi Max I. Wohlgelernter, educational director of a Talmud Torah here, said:

“Parents in permitting their children to participate in a Christmas program, perhaps do not realize that the pain they eventually will cause their children through the loss of their self-respect.”

Rabbi S. P. Wohlgelernter said:

“Participation of Jewish children in Christmas performances is contrary to the very teachings of Judaism and ought to be combatted by every right-thinking Jew in the community.”
