More than seventy-five organizations have been listed and classified during the first phase of a survey in this city of Jewish activities, being undertaken by research workers under the direction of Joseph Cohen, University of Washington sociology instructor. He is now on leave and is serving as director of research and statistics for the State Civil Works Administration.
