Under the direction of Dan Frohman, the Halevy Hazomir Singing Society, composed of about one hundred voices, will perform at a concert in Cleveland on Sunday, January 21, when the group will present the oratorio “Walpurgis Nacht.” Cantor Jacob H. Sonenklar of the Congregation Shaarey Zedek, will be the soloist.
Cantor Senenklar is at present training a group for the presentation by Shaarey Zedek of Goldfaden’s opera “Sulamith.”
