Fascism will endure in Germany, Dr. Karl Loewenstein, constitutional law authority who was ousted from the University of Munich and who joined the Yale faculty today as lecturer on the sociology of revolution and British constitutional law.
In an interview with the Jewish Daily Bulletin, Dr. Loewenstein, declared that the anti-Semitic campaign, which he considers the basic element of Hitlerism, will likewise remain. He described this campaign as an “official doctrine” imposed from above, rather than a spontaneous movement by the people
