Denies Statement Will Be Made on Palestine

Malcolm MacDonald,son of the British Prime Minister and parliamentary secretary to the Colonial Ministry,today denied in the House of Commons that his chief,Sir Philip Cunliffelister,had any intention of making a statement on the position in Palestine.He declared that there had been no new developments in Palestine which would require such a report.

MacDonald also informed the House that the cost of repairing the Church of the Holy Sepulchre will be met by the government of Palestine,and will amont to £75,000.
